Since LezzPlan NEET Master Planner is a printed educational product, returns are allowed only in case of a defective or wrong product.
To qualify for a return, you must follow the steps below.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a return, the customer must provide:
1. A continuous, unedited unboxing video
The video must start before opening the package.
The video must show:
The sealed package,
The full unboxing,
The planner clearly,
Any defect (if present).
2. No editing, trimming, or cuts allowed
If the video has cuts, filters, pauses, or edits, the return request will be rejected.
3. Clear visibility
The product, packaging, and issue must be clearly visible in the video.

What qualifies for a return?
We will accept a return only if the unboxing video clearly shows:
Product is damaged,
Pages are missing,
Planner is torn/defective,
Wrong product delivered.

What does NOT qualify for return?
No video = No return
Edited/blurry video = No return
Damage caused after unboxing
Minor printing variations or color differences
Customer dislike, change of mind, or personal preference

How to Request a Return
If the planner is defective in the unboxing video:
1. Send the original unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order ID, name, and contact details.
3. Our team will verify the video and approve your return if it meets the conditions.
