💰 1. Payment Policy

All orders are 100% prepaid.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We will dispatch your order only after we receive the payment.

📦 2. Order Confirmation

Your order gets confirmed only after successful payment.

Please double-check your address, pincode, and phone number before placing the order.

🎥 3. IMPORTANT – Unboxing Video Required

If your product arrives damaged or defective: ✔️ You MUST record a full unboxing video in one continuous shot

✔️ Start recording before opening the packaging

✔️ The video must clearly show:

Outer packaging

Unsealing

Full product condition

❌ No video = No replacement

❌ Edited / cut / paused videos are not accepted

⚠️ We trust you — the video is just proof so we can help you quickly ❤️

🔁 4. Return & Replacement Policy

Only damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement.

No refunds are issued for any reason.

No return for: “I changed my mind,” “I don’t like it,” “I ordered by mistake,” etc.

👉 We keep it simple and fair — no fake returns, no drama.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders on time, but delivery depends on the courier service and your location.

Sometimes delays may happen due to external factors.
